His many novels include Mrs Caldicot's Cabbage War (which has been turned into an award winning movie with the same title), Mr Henry Mulligan and the Bilbury series of young doctor books. Cat Tales Vernon Coleman cat books Book 1 edition by Vernon Coleman Crafts Hobbies Home eBooks Reviews

  • Even if you are not a cat lover, this is a wonderful book. It is beautifully written, wryly entertaining, and sometimes quite touching. If you have ever been owned by a cat, you will recognize one of the felines profiled here. Whether it's Hughie the tomcat (who liked to show off his baby mamas and offspring to the admiring -and probably envious- young men who owned him) or Alice (who liked to drive the car but didn't want any speeding tickets on her record) or Henry ((who liked to fire up the furnace and watch a little television late at night) these are stories about cats doing what cats do best - getting their own way! This book has a gentler feel than some of the author's writing and would be enjoyed by anyone who likes to read.
  • Cute book. I really like Vernon Coleman's book . It does get a little repetitive at times though.
  • AS A CAT LOVER I FOUND VERY GOOD
  • Very amusing.
  • Love all of his books, especially the cat ones.
This is great for adults and kids! You can't go wrong purchasing this book.
  • I love cats so enjoyed this free book but I would have liked to see pictures of the cats and wish there was more stories
